Goods are delivered ex shop.
The freight costs are charged directly on the invoice and cannot be changed. What you see is what you pay!! No extra costs afterwards or to the carrier. Before accepting the goods, make sure to check the packaging of the goods for damage. If you encounter damage, report this to the driver and sign a receipt with the note that the goods are damaged. You can refuse the goods and request a new shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returning the goods is allowed up to 14 days after the shipment date. The costs of the goods to be returned are for the buyer. Goods must not be unpacked and must be in new condition. The invoice value of the returned goods will be reimbursed, not the freight costs.
